Who it’s for / Hosts

A record of every stay, from the outside.

Check-in, checkout, the cleaner’s turnover, and how many people were outside after quiet hours. Tendline joins your booking calendar to your exterior cameras, so each check runs on the right days and any stay can become a record you share.

The stay log

Each booking in your calendar becomes a stay, with its check-in day, its checkout day and the turnover before the next guests. Routines follow those days: arrivals after check-in time, people counts on booked nights, the cleaner on site before the next guests arrive.

Tendline fills it in from what the cameras saw, counts people and vehicles without identifying anyone, and marks the hours it couldn’t see. From the calendar it keeps only the dates.

When you need to show someone what happened, make a proof page: the times and the frames for that stay, on a private link that expires.

Routines hosts write

Each can follow the booking calendar, so it only runs during a stay, between stays, on check-in days or on turnover days.

Outside, disclosed, and counted, never judged

  • Exterior cameras only. Tendline is for cameras that point outside and that you’ve disclosed in your listing. Never cameras inside a rental.
  • Counts, not verdicts. “8 people on the deck at 10:40 PM”, never “a party”. What you do about it is up to you.
  • No faces, no names. Guests are people and vehicles. No one is recognized or tracked from one stay to the next.
  • Dates, not guests. From your booking calendar Tendline keeps the dates of each stay. Guest names, phone numbers and notes are dropped as it’s read.
  • No audio. Ever.
  • Frames don’t linger. Kept 30 days on paid plans, or until a proof page that cites them expires.
